The Spinnsoft Gallery Database has proven to be an important asset to our business. Some of the aspects that we appreciate are: the system accommodates our current needs; we have found that your updates are often in sync with new demands that arise within our business; and your availability for technical help is to be commended.

The system is organized in a user-friendly manner. We have had several part-time employees who have managed to grasp the basic essentials of this system within a two-week period of time. This has enabled us to spend less with training people and more time with work.

We occasionally receive a work of art that has the most obscure of mediums. The ability to change settings within the database has allowed us to customize certain features to our particular needs, even the most demanding.

Also, the features that permit us to transfer data (labels, envelopes, etc.) to the word program save us a great deal of time when speedy correspondence is essential.

There are certainly other features that I have not mentioned in this letter, but most of our thoughts concerning the quality of this database are positive. We look forward to the next set of updates and many years of business together.
