Security

 

Protect your data by setting up user permissions. You can create a name and password for each user, and customize the permission levels for each user as well.

There are numerous levels of security from which to choose. The user can be set up with full or limited access to all sections of the database - the information they may view, and/or what tasks they may execute. For instance, an employee can be set up to view all clients, but may only change and update his own. This way each salesperson will feel confident that their personal data is protected.
